In 2015, two consultants met during a global ERP rollout for the Fortune 500 company. From their very first conversations, it was clear they shared the same vision for better implementation experiences and effective system adoption.

Over the next eight years, they pursued different paths in different directions, but the vision they shared remained unchanged. In 2023, recognizing the intricate challenges organizations encounter with ERP systems and the practical expertise required for successful adoption, they established ERP Guardians. This initiative was founded on a deep understanding of the experience supporting ERP project and internal customer teams.
